Summary of the achievements

During the last year, I have been through a lot of different events that shaped my character professionally as well as personally. I would like to go through the most important highlights of my enchantment year and summarize what I have achieved.

  1. First I think would be the angle of looking at architecture I noticed through the eyes of my professors. Because of the high amount of classes, I got to know a few different professors and guests invited to take inspiration. My interest in the subject got more intensified and exploration of new methods gave me a broader idea for the design process.

  2. The new software skills I learned gave me more ease and comfort in making more complicated structures, which would be less effective in the ways I knew before coming here.

  3. Another valuable advantage I advanced on is the acquaintances I have made within the class and fellow Erasmus students. Meeting like-minded people was always of high value to me. Getting to know the perspectives of other people is always broadening the horizons of experience.

  4. Exploring a city like Barcelona throughout this year gave me a lot of fun. Living here made getting to know the city so much more personal, I was able to attend a few events for locals, a street concert as a neighbourhood get-together and a beautiful celebration of the National Day for a whole 3 days. For some time I actually felt like one of the locals.

  5. I also got to visit a few cities close to Barcelona. With these one-day trips every month I got even closer to actually knowing Spain. It added another kind of entertainment I love so much about travelling.
